2. Refund Policy
Commissioned Artwork
- Due to the custom nature of commissioned artwork, refunds are not available once work has begun.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Buyers may request revisions as agreed in the commission terms.
Ready-to-Ship Items
- Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, please email info@onefunkyframe.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
- Upon review, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing
