This Seller Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules and requirements for individuals and businesses (“Sellers”) who collaborate with Funky Frames to sell commissioned artwork, prints, or related creative products. By registering as a Seller, you agree to comply with this Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • Sellers must be at least 18 years old.
  • Sellers must provide accurate business, tax, and payment information when registering.
  • Funky Frames reserves the right to approve or reject any Seller application.

2. Listings and Content

  • All artwork listed must be original, authentic, and created by the Seller.
  • Sellers must provide clear descriptions, pricing, and images of their work.
  • Misleading, offensive, or prohibited content will be removed without notice.
  • Sellers grant Funky Frames permission to display and promote their listings across digital platforms.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Sellers set their own prices for their work, subject to Funky Frames’ commission or platform fee (as outlined in individual agreements).
  • Payments to Sellers will be processed after the buyer has completed payment, subject to any applicable processing time.
  • Sellers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations in their jurisdiction.

4. Order Fulfillment

  • Sellers are responsible for timely creation and delivery of commissioned artwork.
  • Sellers must clearly communicate estimated completion and shipping times to Funky Frames and clients.
  • Failure to deliver within agreed timelines may result in refunds, penalties, or removal from the platform.

5. Shipping and Packaging

  • Sellers are responsible for secure packaging of artwork to ensure safe delivery.
  • Any additional shipping costs (domestic or international) must be disclosed before purchase.
  • Funky Frames is not liable for damages caused by inadequate packaging.

6. Refunds and Disputes

  • Sellers must honor Funky Frames’ refund and cancellation policies.
  • If a dispute arises, Funky Frames will act as a neutral mediator and reserves the right to issue refunds or adjust payments.
  • Repeated disputes or customer complaints may result in removal from the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Sellers retain ownership of their original artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • By listing on Funky Frames, Sellers grant us a non-exclusive license to display, market, and promote their work online.
  • Sellers may not infringe upon third-party intellectual property.

8. Prohibited Activities

Sellers must not:

  • Sell counterfeit, copied, or plagiarized artwork.
  • Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or abusive practices.
  • Circumvent Funky Frames’ platform to conduct direct transactions with clients introduced via our services.

9. Termination

  • Funky Frames reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Seller’s account at any time for violations of this Policy.
  • Sellers may voluntarily terminate their account by providing written notice.

10. Amendments

This Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
