5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We take care to package artwork securely for safe delivery.
  • Shipping costs and international duties/taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing before work begins.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once the project has started.
